Where you can access Clubs, Loyalty Cards, Rewards, Staff, Members, and Analytics. Let's go through them one by one.

This will be your Dashboard  Where you can access Clubs, Loyalty Cards, Rewards, Staff, Members, and Analytics. Let's go through them one by one. 

STAFF are business personnel that assist members/customers when claiming points and rewards.

Staff

Let's add a new staff by clicking the + Add new item button

Start by adding s photo of your staff.

Next, set the club or branch where the staff is assigned.

Name

Input the email address of the staff.

Email

Set a strong password. It is recommended to use alphanumeric characters with special characters.

Password

Check this if you want the staff member to receive the password.

Send info to staff

Set the time zone used by the staff.

Time zone  Set the time zone used by the staff. 

Currency

Select the Active checkbox to enable the staff's access.

Status

Status  Select the Active checkbox to enable the staff's access. 

Finally, click on the Create button.

Hit Create

Members

You can't add new members, but you can view the following information:<ol><li>Member name</li><li>Email address</li><li>The card used</li></ol>

You can also export the member list as a csv file.
